Here Are Some Really Good Chocolate Recipes

CHEF CHOCOLATE CAKE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease and flour a 13×9
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
2 tablespoons grape jelly
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine dry ingredients to mix. The rest of the ingredients into the dry mixture and mix well. Pour into the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool and frost with chocolate icing with butter cream.

1 stick butter (soft)
1/2 cup cocoa
13 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
spread enough milk or cream

Beat all ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.

HOUSE WITHOUT BROWNIES
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brownie layer
1 stick butter
6 ounces chocolate chips
2 large eggs
Cup sugar 3/4
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour

Spread in an 8-inch square pan.

Layer Tollhouse
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cup butter 1/2 unsalted (softened)
1/4 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
4 ounces chocolate chips

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Together they beat the butter with an electric mixer, sugar, brown sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs. Slowly mix dry ingredients with your hand. Place spoonful of batter on top of brownie mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Read the rest of this entry »
